Mayweather body of work isn't better than Cotto's or is it?

Perfect example of the ballbaggers... My man made sense, and you huggers can't deal with it.

Being a Mayweather fan is corny. It's the weak-minded people who need a hero and have a need need to be on the winner's ****. Bandwagoners tend to favor Mayweather. It makes them feel poweful like they know about boxing and their guy could never lose. Rookies....

The fans that like a solid, brave fighter will never be pleased with Mayweather's tactics and style..

And yes, I will go on the record: Cotto has fought better opposition NO DOUBT. Quintana alone is better than 99% Mayweather's opponents.

Lol... hugger doesn't even make sense for you. We all know you are hoping to be a "broken man" at Cotto's hands (or **** I guess).

Saying ****** **** like Quintana is better than 99% of Mayweather's opponents is ridiculous.

NOW, if you said that Cotto's body of work at 147 is better than Mayweather's at 147, I wouldn't have a problem with it... an argument can be made for both sides.

Only the true nuthuggers would have a problem with Cotto getting the nod in competition for fights at 147.

The problem with that is that De La Hoya can't be included.

Without De La Hoya, I think it goes to Cotto. With De La Hoya included, it's probably a bit towards Mayweather.

you questioned floyds resume.... and thats ridiculous.. but as far as actual floyd at welter vs cotto at welter... id say the oscar and mosley wins are even... they both BARELY won... they both beat zab, cotto did it more convincingly.... and floyd beat baldomir the linear undisputed champion... i give the slight edge to floyd... but only at welter... entire resume... dont even mention cotto

if u take oscar away since it was at jr middle... i think the baldomir win for floyd evens them out

Well, I do remember Floyd absolutely dominating the long-time champion at 130, Genaro Hernandez, when Floyd was barely old enough to drink.

Too busy being "broken" to remember the white-wash domination of P4P #5 Diego Corrales?

How about the two wins over linear 135 Ring champ Jose Luis Castillo?

His win over "Super" Zab Judah was from a man who was ranked P4P #10 before he lost to Baldomir... and everyone considers the Baldomir loss a fluke anyway, so...

Do you remember that win over De La Hoya at 154 that looked a lot like Cotto's win over Mosley at 147, which is Cotto's signature victory right now?

                  Yeah... pretty much there.

that pretty much makes Cotto a more credible champion at 147. Cotto defends against Mosley and Floyd well, he cherry picks sum moe'
