Clottey beats Cintron IMO

if this fight is made, im betting on Clottey by decision. i have not seen combination punching like his in a while and Cintron crumbles under pressure. Feliciano showed that if you could hang in there with Cintron and actually fight him back, you will have success. as long as Clottey does not fade late, he should be fine.

I dont know. Cintron's chin seems to be fine, but he doesnt react well to being hit at all. I'd say decision since Clottey isnt as agressive as Margarito is.

116-112 type thing. Cintron will make his impact early until Clottey puts it on him.

you can only base this on the margarito fight, a fight in which he was defeated walking into the ring. where else do you get that he has a heart problem?

and the only reason feliciano was able to "hang in there" is because of cintron's busted right hand and felicianos ridiculous chin!

Guys who have "hung in there" with cintron: Teddy Reid (KO'd in Rd. 8 and sent to the hospital for observation), David Estrada (KO'd in Rd. 10 and sent to the hospital for observation, suffered concussion), Mark Suarez (didnt hang in there long, but got past the opening bell of round 6...KO'd, sent to the hospital for observation, suffered concussion), Feliciano (KO'd in Rd. 10 after being hit cleanly with 14 consecutive power punches) I dont know if "hanging in there" with cintron is the best choice. all he needs is one or two punches.

that being said, clottey can win if he comes out and applies a lot of pressure early, before cintron gets use to the pace.

Clottey runs 12 miles a day, and might be in better physical shape than any other professional fighter. That doesn't change the fact that 1 punch from Cintron can render all that training useless.

blown up Feliciano stood in there with him and he was out working Cintron too. i could tell that Cintron was getting discouraged.

Clottey takes this one. I really don't see all the hype on Cintron, he's an average fighter with a strong right hand but that's about it. If he keeps injuring it every time he won't be around for long.
