right after ruiz... if he fought klitchko.. not draining himself.. i really dont think its a mismatch.. i really dont... even if i wasnt a roy fan at all... i really dont think its a mismatch.. size and power wise of course its a mismatch... one guys got power, one guys got speed.... i think vitali would try and stay real tall and i think roy would try and stay real low... interesting matchup... but in a boxing ring... just two hands... i dont think its a mismatch
If you honestly believe in what your saying, its cool you have your own opinion and your not following what everyone else is saying.

I think Vitali's size would end up being too much, personally. Imagine Roy laying against the ropes and Vitali attacking him. VK is 6'8 250+, I don't think Roy could with stand that assault.

i agree with you.. IF.. roy layed on the ropes... roy didnt lay on the ropes... "because he had too" until the tarver bouts came... in his heavyweight fight with ruiz... he did anything BUT lay on the ropes... he knew he couldnt do that.. he kept it in the middle of the ring... but he definitely couldnt rope a dope vitali... hey come on, im a reasonable guy... i completely understand the danger in this fight... and i do honestly think roy COULD pull it out.. he could also be decapitated... but i think he is definitely capable of doing it.. PRE tarver that is

i dono.. im not a bandwagon guy.. i dont like guys when there up and hate em when there down....

if tito knocks roy into the year 3000.. guess what.. hes still my favorite fighter... and ill be cheering for em in madison sq garden

we are talking about the inferior older brother, vitali "fredo" quitschko.

And I would disagree that Vitali-Jones is a bigger mismatch than Jones-Frazier. After all, Jones destroyed all opponents on the caliber of Rick Frazier. He destroyed all opponents of a higher caliber than Rick Frazier.

On the other hand, did Brittley beat all opponents on the level of Roy Jones?

No, the last time he fought a real slick, quick, skillful smaller fighter who wasn't a real heavyweight, he lost.

after all, roy did dominate ruiz, who may look on film worse than quitali, but had a better resume of wins than quitali.
anything that Wlad could do, Vitali could do better besides punch as hard. note that Vitali is the one who taught Wlad everything he knows. and we all know that you hate Vitali so why go on with this?

Yeah, thats true he was the easiest HW out there. But I give Roy some credit for the win because he was the smaller man and he dominated. I think Roy could have done good against Evander but not Wlad or his brother.

i would think wlad's trainers taught them most of what he knows.

i would also disagree that vitali can do everything that wlad can do.

wlad hits harder punch for punch, has quicker hands, better combos, hooks off the jab brilliantly, has a better jab, better right hand, and can actually beat contenders who aren't fat, old, or fat and old.

Yeah thats how I am too, I've always been a Roy Jones Jr. fan no matter what. Alot of people turned on him after the 2nd and 3rd Tarver fight. To me if your a true fan, you stay a fan..whether it be of a team or an individual athelete. I respect your opinion about the VK/Roy fight, because it sounds like you really believe what your saying.
