I seriously would of pissed myself laughing if Roy Jones fought Vitali at heavyweight. This is for all the fan boys of RJJ to say he could of beaten Vitali.
Who wins?
Overrated Jones vs Underrated Vitali.

Roy picked and choose Ruiz because Ruiz was a bum and the only heavyweight champ that Jones could beat. Jones ducked old Buster Douglas for crying out loud.
Ruiz record wise wasn't a bum though and many were picking Ruiz to win. This is a situation where Ruiz became a bum with no chance after Roy beat him.

post heavyweight jones... roy dies..
right after ruiz... if he fought klitchko.. not draining himself.. i really dont think its a mismatch.. i really dont... even if i wasnt a roy fan at all... i really dont think its a mismatch.. size and power wise of course its a mismatch... one guys got power, one guys got speed.... i think vitali would try and stay real tall and i think roy would try and stay real low... interesting matchup... but in a boxing ring... just two hands... i dont think its a mismatch

roy called out holyfield... he wanted holyfield... he knew it would be a HUGE payday.. but they couldnt come to terms... but i dont think he ducked holyfield at all... ruiz happened to be a heavyweight champ that didnt have an opponent yet.. and roy was stalemate killing people at light heavy... so it made sense at the time... but of all the heavyweights i agree he was an easier target... kinda why bhop wanted maskaev

we are talking about the inferior older brother, vitali "fredo" quitschko.
And I would disagree that Vitali-Jones is a bigger mismatch than Jones-Frazier. After all, Jones destroyed all opponents on the caliber of Rick Frazier. He destroyed all opponents of a higher caliber than Rick Frazier.
On the other hand, did Brittley beat all opponents on the level of Roy Jones?
No, the last time he fought a real slick, quick, skillful smaller fighter who wasn't a real heavyweight, he lost.
after all, roy did dominate ruiz, who may look on film worse than quitali, but had a better resume of wins than quitali.
