You can explain his style all you want that doesn't make his style very exciting. Plus add the fact that Floyd is a ****phobic, Racist, Womanbeating, pro gun, Pro greed, and you got a conservative Douche Bag fighter that nobody really wants to see succeed other than his couple thousand fans.

I know the Margarito fans love the robotic,iron chin, "hit me 3 I hit you 3" fighters but the reality whether you like it or not is these boxers are admired and loved by the fans(Im ok with him though he isnt one of my favorites). They get their money from the fans and there are alot of them or these guys wouldnt be rich...IE Mayweather, De La Hoya. The hardcore fans cannot be fooled but the truth is they have alot of fans...even if he is ****phobic,Racist, pro gun and all that other stuff....the ****s are paying to see him lose, whites are paying to see him lose, the woman also pay to see him lose, and anti gun supporters are paying to watch him lose.....Its called rooting against the bad guy and it works great financial wonders in boxing...like it or not. I think fighters only resort to fighting flat-footed because they have no choice. and boxers like Mayweather has plenty of options, so he doesnt stand flat footed...., instead he boxes on his toes, just like SRL, SRR, or ali..

there is a big difference between fighting defensively and running. Floyd is a good defensive fighter, he boxes on the defense very well it's just at times he doesn't throw with conviction, it's only pitter patter shots that land Only to control the tide.. what people were complaining about isn't the fact that HE moves I think they just want the Floyd who showed up against Gatti more often, a more aggressive Floyd who can still be smart but **** a little more often..

Hatton literally forced the fight, he basically made it into whatever fight came out of that bout. against Judah, Baldomir and De La Hoya he had lackluster performances, they were technical masterpieces but a bore to most, not me for the record, but for most common fans they want to see the champion **** and not slide off them ropes all the time..

it's known fact that Floyd just corners up and outsmarts *****z with his speed, he's fast not only with his hands but on his feet so for those who corner him looking to land that big shot they getting jabbed and crossed all day looking for him even when standing right in front of him, it's a smart and effective way to win fights but hardly entertaining to watch for your average Boxing fan..



that being said.. I have been very disappointed with him due to what I feel is a lame finish for such a great fighter. fighting the lesser champions then leaving the division, 1 fight for 1 title against someone who is clearly not on your level and then before you can be truly tested against the best there you move up to fight even more guys who can't compete with you, straight up milking his time on top for as long as he could before people started demanding real fights after which he goes and retires, that just doesn't sit right with me when guys like Cotto and Mosley whom are Boxers too are willing to put it all on the line, for respect for themselves and the people who pay to see them fight while this guy takes the easy ride. to me it's like **** man YOU may not love Boxing but I DO and I just can't appreciate a ***** like that coming in and pulling that ****ty ass move which ends up robbing the people who made him, the fans, of the fights they want to see.. if he is TRULY retired then for the rest of history in the eyes of most he will have MANY ???'s surrounding his name.. 1

Got one lucky punch against Hatton, again, I saw nothing but running, hugging and elbows galore from Floyd.
