Bringing in another trainer to work alongside Graham could have a very negative effect as it would clearly undermine Billy Graham. You only have to look at the failed partnership of Oscar Saurez & Emmanuel Steward when they worked in tandem for Naseem Hamed. One was a high profile trainer working for a high profile fighter, being undermined by a trainer who was making his way in the game. Of course, there will be occasions when two trainers can work together, but as Ricky Hatton has been with Billy Graham from day one i really don't think that that arrangement could work.
yeah tru but if he is lacking the technical & tactical skill dont you think they need to bring in someone who can Implement this? otherwise he wont improve on the technical & tactical side of boxing and will fight his usual style. Just my thoughts and jus to let you know am not in agreement of good ol graham being taken out of camp.

Bring someone in by all means, but i don't think it would work out with Billy Graham still there as in my opinion it would undermine him and that could be detrimental. If Hatton is going to employ a new trainer i think he should work with that new trainer and make a clean break from the old regime, as like i stated in my previous post, having two trainers could have a negative effect. Hatton is a high profile fighter and i think he would employ a high profile trainer, or a world class trainer if you like, therefore, how would that reflect on Graham? I can understand why people wouldn't want Hatton to sever ties with Graham as it's a great story i.e. they've been together from day one, and got to the top together, but in my opinion there is no room for sentiment in boxing and if Hatton believes that there are better trainers available he should be professional about it and employ that trainer at the expense of Billy Graham.
