Arum isnt exactley hurting for money. Cotto is the #1 welter or will be if he beats Mosley.. If Floyd doesnt fight him, then he isnt the BEST welter weight in the world.

cotto would be an easier opponent that williams AND mosley for floyd

i think most people would agree..

he just doesn't want arum getting another huge payday off him. but then again i don't think it will matter seeing as shane will probably win.
