I forgot Baldo, Gatti, Judah, an old DLH, etc.

I also forgot Duran beat elite lightweights in his time.

And I also forgot Duran went up against 3 of the best boxers ever.

Lastly I forgot their names, was it Hagler, Hearns and SRL?

    Yeah I forgot.

The very sport of boxing owes it to Duran to pick him as a winner.
Floyd Mayweather? Who is he among the greats?

Duran would win. When an over-the-hill DLH gives Floyd all he could handle, Duran would stomp on the man.
Until Mayweather proves himself against the best possible opposition, this is disrespectful towards Duran IMO.

and you also forgot that he lost to them also. yes, he did beat srl, but lost to him their next 2 fights. hearns knocked his ass out, technically speaking of course, and hagler beat him. so, yes, i'm sure you haven't forgot, but you did forget to mention floyd's opponents at lightweight like genero hernandez and diego corrales. i was talking lightweight, not welterweight and jr welterweight or super welterweight. and gatti was a champion, so was baldomir, judah was too to some extent, an dso was a legend like de la hoya who floyd called out hi swhole career so yes, i'm sure you didn't forget those names.

this is about lightweweight though, not welterweight or any higher weights. mayweather jr was more skillful and faster than duran was, and he had better defense. he was more tecnically sound than roberto at lightweight, but i would have loved to seen this fight happen, but 2 different eras, oh well.

Pretty Boy would break his hands trying to dent that chin of Duran.
Skill is great. Will is even better. Duran has plenty of both, Mayweather has only proven one.

this is no acting buddy, this is knowledge of the sport known as boxing. floyd doesn't have the skills as james toney, and toney doesn't have the skills of floyd mayweather jr. they are 2 different fighters who use the shoulder roll very effectively. they both have speed, great ring generalship, but 2 different styles. so, claiming that if floyd keeps fighting, he'll have the skills of toney maybe, is a little poignant seeing how you hate his style now, aso what makes you think you'll see toney in floyd later. floyd's style at higher weight classes is pronounced. he is a technical boxing guru. he has great speed, great upperbody movement, great footwork, great blocking abilities, great stamina, great timing, and great accuracy on his punches. this looks like a great fighter to me. and he is a great fighter. mayweather doesn't become p4p king for nothing. he has to have some skill doesn't he? think you already know to this one, so you don't even have to answer it. floyd is the best fighter in the world. i just watched his fight with justin jukko and phillip n'dou last night. this mother****er has a lot of skills, and unlike toney, he's undefeated and shows up for all of his fights. toney has skills, no doubt about that, but mayweather has the will to win. this is what sets him apart from toney. they both have skills in their own uniques style.

                    What's your proof?

Against the Judah, Gatti, and an old DLH?

Yeah ryt. That's a lot of proof.

Until then keep your dreams to yourself.

Fake Floyd couldn't even stop an old DLH and yet you claim fake Floyd will stomp on Duran? Lols!

I find it really funny that Floyd fans have that blindness not to see.

Now he probably would. If he was in his prime(without bad hands) he could beat Duran and DLH didn't give Floyd all he could handle. DLH was just more active. He never hurt Floyd. Floyd still beat him and didn't use his A game. Floyd barely threw combinations. Duran is not as skilled as Floyd.
