Whos the smarter fighter Hopkins or Toney?

I'd go with Hopkins both inside the ring and out. Anyone who comes into a fight as out of shape as Toney, I have a tough time saying they're a real "smart" fighter. With Hopkins, I think he's smart to the point that it makes him boring to watch. Toney is smart (if we're talking in the ring only), but fights a much more entertaining style.

i think PBF was a bit smarter than Hopkins in terms of career choices. He hopped up weights and fought good(not always great) opposition.
