Pac is Barrera's mandatory. Barrera doesn't need to tell GBPs ****. All Pac (or Arum or whomever is promoting his ass this minute) has to do is tell the WBC he's ready. Then, if Barrera (or GBP) fails to come to an agreement with Pac, the fight goes to a purse bid.

wtf are you guys reading, pac is elevated to NUMBER 2 not number 1, and if mayweather beats DLH pacs argument is out of the window based on the sheer superfight potential
Collins disclosed that Ring ****zine has elevated Pacquiao to No.2 in its pound-for-pound list behind Mayweather following what Collins described as “his impressive last out of Morales.” He noted that before the fight Pacquiao was No.3 with Winky Wright at No.2. Collins said Ring will run a cover story in its issue which will be on sale in the US on January 2 in which Pacquiao-Morales III will be given major coverage and that the cover story will be that Manny “is giving Mayweather a very serious challenge for pound-for-pound supremacy.”

Mayweather beating De La Hoya...and he will....is no more special than Pac Man beating Morales or Barrera at this stage in their careers. DLH's well-known; but he's no longer the best.
