He shouldn't be in anyone's top 20 IMO. Maybe somewhere around 25.

Correct! A prime Vitali was mutilated by an old, overweight Lewis.

Imagine how much worse it could've been for Vitali if Lewis had actually given a **** haha.

The day either Klitsckho gets a win over a good fighter is the day I eat my own jizz.

And the Lewis fight, it doesn't matter what an Klit fans say, the fight was stopped for Vitalis safety, not lennox's.

Wowowowow I am beginning to have some headaches after reading some posts here.

Vitali Klitschko, IMO, belongs to the top 5 if not the top 3.

Why does he belong there then?

          Simply because styles make fights!

Vitali Klitschko has the most awkward (to deal with) and intelligent style in boxing history IMO. You must also take in note that he was at his peak during his 40's and not when he fought Lewis contrary to what some wright in here.

Just look at the difference of style between 1996-2004 and 2008-2012. Vitali came back with a beautiful style and kept on improving his athletical skills. Will we see a still a prime Vitali Klitschko in 2013? If he didn't slow down I think yes!

And yes, Vitali Klitschko would give Joe Frazier a beating. You just can't compare them physically!

I simply ask you, please name any WORLD CLASS boxers Vitali has beaten.

Please don't reply unless you have names (which you won't).

I fully expect some drivel to come from you about "styles" "physique" etc...

Well in boxing all that matters is who you beat, so please please PLEASE educate us all on any (just one will do actually haha) world class quality boxer that Vitali has beaten.

100% guarantee everyone reading this, that this guy can't name me one World class fighter that Vitali has beaten.....

It's not what they COULD do, it's what they have done... He's got a couple good wins but that's it. Hardly ATG material... Vitali's legacy always revolves around TKO6... If your biggest fights against your best opponents are losses( i dont care because of injury) then you are not an ATG... Wlad is top 20 somewhere but vitali is not...

He destroyed Samuel Peter who only lost to the K brothers but that's not the point. And yes Vitali Klitschko gave Lennox Lewis his hardest win and I am not sure that it was a Lewis win

You know it Naps, V.K is a lot tougher than his brother and is stylistically the best boxer in the world.

Darüber können wir überhaupt nicht diskutieren.

And now I am asking you : which top fighter could have he fought? And please don't tell me David Haye. (Haye didn't want to fight Vitali before the fight against Wladimir Klitschko eventhough he had the choice. Vitali send Haye two contracts : one for february 2012 and another for september 2012.)

That wasn't his hardest win...ray mercer went 10 hard rounds & could have been given the decision. It was close... He stopped vitali in 6 rounds & peter lost to chambers & helenius... I'm not sure your arguments have any merit... The list of fighters he NEVER fought in his era is bigger then who he actually did fight... Klitschko fans live off of too many "he might have or could have beaten him" & not enough he DID beat him... Never seen a guy get more accolades for losing his 2 biggest fights including quitting while shutting out an opponent...

I agree for Peter but saying that Lewis STOPPED Vitali is PURE NONSENSE. Given that Vitali didn't have the opportunity to fight boxers like Joe Frazier and so on, why doesn't he belong to the top 10?

Tyson, moorer, holyfield, rahman, tua, maskaev, botha, mercer, bowe, golota, grant, liakhovich, valuev, helenius, ruiz, toney, haye, wladimir... That's just a few off the top of my head & could go on but the 2 best guys he did fight he's 0-2.... Am i missing something here? All these guys were in his era. How many former world champions are on that list? While everyone fought each other in the late 90s vitali carefully selected opponents who couldnt hurt him... Donald, bean, sullivan, etc... When he stepped up he lost. He pulled out of fights several times with rahman & maskaev when those were good fights...if you call corrie sanders a great win you are definitely blinded by your admiration for the kbros... Sanders was a journeyman who could punch. Wlad is the only contender/ champion who ever lost to him.
