Recently moved here and can't find a place that shows boxing PPV 's. Any locals know of a decent place.

go to be some place on granville street...freedom lives there but he doesn't drink & i'm not sure if he gets out much but you could ask him. if i'm in vancouver i'd be on granville...i'm heading there in may & in august. seeing a couple concerts. that seems to be more where the action is but van's a big city so go online...

Thanks, have been looking for a place online but they all very general. Called 3and they said no boxing. Will keep looking.

A couple off the top of my head...really there are many...but I don't go to bars to watch the fights anymore so I'm out of the loop.

I use to go to one upstairs on the corner of Denman and Davie but can't remember the name.

The River Rock Casino shows all the boxing PPVs on multiple TVs in the bar next to the casino.



You don't have to order a lot of drinks. I just have a club soda or two and sit at the bar.

It's right at a Skytrain stop (Richmond Brighouse), you don't need to go to ground level, you can walk into the second floor of the Casino from the Skytrain station's second floor.

The downtown bars show MMA but not boxing.

I should be checking out the Martinez fight at gsports tonight. Any of you Vancouver people going?


Update: never mind. Just found put the fights starting early. Can no longer make it. Sucks but what can you do.

I'm not a Mayweather fan.

But I go to every boxing event at the River Rock Casino. The promoter is a former Mikkel Kessler opponent, Manny Sobral.



And when there's a better PPV (Bradley-JMM or Canelo's next fight) I'd like to meet up with people at the River Rock.

Well I shall be there, I will be the tall skinny dude with a beard, my girl will be there she short n skinny and will looked bored as all hell, she should be easy to spot.
