I'm glad he looked like that.

I am going to clean up big time with the bookies for the Mitchell fight.

It was a hard fight for Murray, he didnt really seem himself. Being a come forward fighter you get used to seeing him coming in straight-lines with not much head movement, but he seemed slugglish last-night and off balance.

It was an off night for him, wonder if hes struggling to make 135 of late?
I like Murray though and id still fancy him to beat Mitchell if they meet. Talk of fights against Rios and Katsidis look way off the mark though if last-night was his chance to look good and shine.

Fights against either Marquez or Rios would get real ugly real quick for Murray, I think.

Starting to? Anyone who didn't already know Mitchell was a whole class above Murray needs some boxing IQ development.

Murray struggling with Karim shouldn't be any surprise. Murray will do nothing but get slaughtered at world level. He won't even reach that level if he fights Mitchell -- Kev will knock him back to the leisure centres.

Murray is really nothing above domestic level, whether you're a Manc or not. Mitchell's potential was stunted by too little quality development of his talent and a lack of quality opposition prior to being thrown in with Katsidis -- he needed more seasoning with solid comp and Warren has been ignorant of that and the flaws that were shown up along the way -- but he's a level above Murray and will hurt him. The only advantage Murray has is that he's a big lightweight and Mitchell has looked small-ish at the weight.

If the bookies have Mitchell as the favorite, it's because he's a clearly better fighter, not because Murray struggled in his last fight.

If you put your cash on Murray over Mitchell, you'll lose it. By all means, though, lose and learn.
