What next for Khan if he loses?

What do you see being his options if he should lose to Maidana?

    Alexander, Bradley or Ortiz?

A lot could do with the way he loses.

IF he loses by UD, TKO or a clean KO. If the KO is early or late. If the KO is a flash KO.

How do you see this going down?

He'll retire and run a quickie mart.

It will be back to fighting feather fisted fighters again. I think this fight will make or break Khan. The first guy he has faced that can punch since Prescott. If he gets sparked i really can't see a future for him.

Don't see what he could do. Move up again but get knocked out again.

Ortiz was the next Oscar De La Hoya at Golden Boy before he got whooped by Maidana and he has been on the back burner making his way back up ever since that loss. But that was his wake up call and he still has the opportunity available to become a great fighter.

Amir Khan on the other hand had his wake up call against Prescott and if he were to lose badly against Maidana then he is more or less finished. His only saving grace might just be a fight against Ortiz and that would be a great fight to watch. Other than Ortiz there is nobody else out there. Maybe Kevin Mitchell or another British prospect.

You also forgot that he can fight past prime blown up FWs with good ko%s so ppl don't say he only fights pillow punchers.

McCloskey or Murray for a domestic match-up to remind viewers that he's still the best the UK has at (or near) the weight and to give him some confidence.

                Or Eric Morales

I think Ortiz will handle that.
