The fight was ON in '99, but then Collins blacked out after sparring with Howard Eastman and called it off.
I don't really know why it didn't happen in '97, but that's why Collins retired in the first place.
Collins was awful, one of the sloppiest punchers you'll see and Jones should of made him look silly and hurt him bad.Comment
