Pretty much standard Sonny was 6-1, but here are some archival pics showing all the great fighters together. Joe/Sonny caught striding together talking and they're virtually eye level.
Jack referring a movie with Primo and Baer with some others is shocking to compare the size of big Jess Willard who looks more like 6-9, 300 in the pose!
Btw- pic of Frazier and Chuvalo squaring off shows the size joe always had io covered- what a handsome devil young Chuvalo was in the day!
