Its just a pointless slugfest between two bums. Castillo/Corrales 1 gets my vote.

ward and gatti are far from bums, and achieve more in one day then you'll ever achieve in your entire life.

I might go with Chacon/Limon IV as the best fight I've ever seen.

I wish I'd seen that one...or any of the four. Everything I've read about the Chacon-Limon rivalry echoes of the modern classic trilogy of Gatti-Ward...maybe more.

Even though it wouldn't warrant as a classic, Davis-Breland was a great fight in my book from a guts stand point. Also, Brown-Trice I, Trice-Pompey...I can think of a few others.

If we're talking 'best' fight then Hagler/Hearns and Castillo/Corrales are up there, as are Dempsey/Firpo, Louis/Conn, Foreman/Lyle, Holmes/Norton, Zale/Graziano, Eubank/Watson II and Benn/McClellan.

Most exciting fight I've ever seen was Benn/Logan, especially considering I was there.

i dont know why i put dempsey firpo up their. some fights are good but dont last long enough to be considered greatest fights ever, like dempsey firpo and hagler vs. hearns.

Thats like saying I should be a fan of every person that can do something I can't. As a boxing fan, I see Gatti and Ward as bums, I think I'm entitled to that opinion without having someone like you bust my balls.
