Certainly seemed that way to me, when looking at it. Only decent memorable win seems to be Holyfield.

I'd say Bob Foster followed by Michael Moorer, padded record or not Moorer had dynamite at Light Heavy!

It's too soon to tell, but Kovalev is worth keeping an eye on. He obviously has very heavy hands.
Yea heavy handed, but not sure if he punches as concussive as Foster.

Yep, and Holyfield was suffering from a rotator cuff injury

And Holyfield was winning the early part of that fight until Atlas motivated him and he made the adjustments late to win a decision.

With Holyfield it all came together for Moorer. he was always thought to be a very talented fighter, via the people at Kronk's gym. There are articles describing how other fighters looked up to Moorer. Moorer was unfortunatly one of those guys who had problems and would often come to fights unmotivated and out of shape.

I don't like to makes excuses for fighters, but the second HOlyfield Moorer fight one could see Michael was fat, listless and otherwise uninterested in fighting Holyfield. However Moorer showed his ability and i believe showed he belongs as a heavyweight, fighting down, more than a light heavy, when he decisioned Holyfield that first time. He outboxed Holyfield and dealt with his relentless pressure as a boxer puncher should.

Of course some people will explain away every victory when there is a fighter said person has determined is of a certain calibre. Thats very silly imo. Moorer beat Holyfield because at the end of the day he is that good, period.

I would go with Foster and Archie Moore. Moorer was powerful but against limited opposition.

Did Spinks really have a harder punch than Matt Franklin?
