There are young people on here every day who are novices. I mention my past so they can get an understanding between people like myself and BS'ers like you!
The topic of the thread happen to be on a time and place that I participated in. Where were you in 1980-84? That's what I thought, no where!
I'm not humble, I'm direct and to the point and jerks like you need to be dealt with straight up. I had people like you enter the gym every month at one point, they left a lot quicker than they came!

Oh boy, you just triggered Corso to come in here and seek validation as usual for being involved in the Tyson camp.

You remind me of some of the gng over at Bushido. So...You get this website devoted to an ethic of martial arts and tking the leap and .....(get this) sparring...Wu hu!!! So some guy who has real experience and disagrees with a member who sparred a few times is disrespected. Instead? these guys should have been trying to learn something.

As a boxing fan don't you see value in a guy who has experience in the Tyson camp? I mean....even if the guy was a little salty, whatever! live and learn something. Why discourage someone who can contribute? I just think that is silly and heres something that really happened. over at Bullshido they managed to discourage many of us....Their loss. Thats the sum gain. You had a premier American Judo expert among others who left because of the same shizzle...Is that what you want?

You could have Freddie Roach and Naazim Richardson actively post here for all I care, if they too were to have that tone of constant belittlement, elitism and validation seeking, I would tell them off too. Your accomplishments and name don't give you a free pass to act like that. Corso hardly is the kind of contributor that you described, he uses this forum to brag and vent is what I see usually. Granted he does get baited at times, but he is usually the aggressor like when he snapped at me for no reason in my thread about KO reactions the other day, and only he did.

I actually used to talk to somebody else who was involved in the Catskills Tyson team too. It was Steve Lott and these friendly and educational discussions were on a site called Tysontalk.net He was quite a gentleman and never used his accomplishments and experiences as a tool to belittle and discredit people who had a different opinion.
