pretty sure the japanes kameda brothers have all been world champions themselves, not just challengers.
they're contemporary japanese fighters. little guys.

walter matthysse wasn't a world champion, but a "latino champion." he challenged for a world title against cintron, and was stopped in two. brutal stoppage, IIRC.
his brother lucas was obviously a world champion, and so is his
sister,
edith.

the diaz brothers!
joel, julio, and antonio!
joel lost to phillip holliday at LW for the ibf title. the other two held world titles, i believe.

dodie boy, gerry, and jon.
jon challenged for the WBA title in some little man division. the other two were two weight world champions.

Not a correct answer but the Alvarez brothers. Canelo won a world title, Rigoberto fought for a world title & Ricardo won a few minor titles.
Only other 3 brothers outside of the named ones I can even think of is the Judahs.

the solises and the byrds!
the byrds have a sister, and a brother who challenged at MW. chris was a titleholder at HW, iirc.

Well, Cory is the son of Leon and nephew of Michael... so they don't quite fit the question.
