      I think that's certainly debatable.

Lyle was not only a terrific boxer with great feet and movement in his prime, but he could crack too. Norton also punched hard, but for obvious reasons, Foreman probably wouldn't know too much about it. I think I remember Norton hitting Foreman with a sort of lazy left hook with little meat on it in the first round of their fight and after that, Foreman just destroyed him.

I think Larry Holmes has great reasons to be more bitter than Foreman. Larry Holmes defended his title 20+ times and is really a blue-collar, everyday guy from Easton. The sort of person that should be loved, but he's been criticized so damn much it probably will never leave him.

Foreman, someone who didn't want to fight Holmes, is sitting pretty at $100s of millions with a household name all over the world.

Even though Larry also managed to get some more love after the Mercer fight.

oh I can definitely understand him being bitter back in the day the way he was treated but he's got his due since then. most recognize him as a top 5 atg and give him respect now so there's really no reason to continue to be bitter. its not only that,, hes always dissing his fellow opponents and other boxers. I dont recall him ever having a good word about any boxer besides himself. Ive just never liked the guy but I do respect him highly as a great boxer. I just like foreman alot more. hes a nicer more humble and classier guy

Lyle was the harder puncher, although not by a lot. Norton was the better fighter though.

Nice to see George Johnson get some recognition for the tough man he was.

The fight against Lyle was a great fight, he should of fought him again IMO.
