I would say Gene Tunney with Pep as a close second. They were on another level above all others. After that you can decide between Duran, Leonard, Louis, or Ali.

Unquestionably Mayweather Jr. No one mixed a mastered offensive arsenal, defensive ability, ring generalship, IQ, foot work, and all of the intangibles to the degree of a Floyd Mayweather Jr. He's the most skilled fighter to ever lace up gloves, doesn't mean he's the greatest of all time, but he is definitely the most skilled. Side note. The most naturally gifted I think is Roy Jones.
