Honestly....some white slave trader probably saw a black slave beat the piss out of another white slave trader who in turn found the biggest goofiest red neck ****er he could to beat down the slave and the slave whooped him too so they said hmmm we can make money off of him like this......IMO.

No one liked Jack, and wanted to see him dead. He made blacks scared to box. Everyone loved Joe Louis, cause he was a good guy, didn't cause any controversies, and encouraged blacks to fight.

this question has no merit, jack johnson was a hated man not only by whites( because he beat a white man) but also by other blacks, he sold out and wedded a white woman, many felt that this was the ultimate in your face to white america but damaged black america as it caused more racial tenisions amongst blacks and whites, he was also an idiot and jerk by many accouts, well thats what all the books say, i don't know the guy
