    level win
    Sosa fought a green James Toney who only had 15 pro fights before he fought Sosa. Toney was never in any real danger of losing the fight and wonn a comfortable ud

    Its a strange argument to use to hype up Sosa

        You did this same exact thing last time. Sorry but Im not going to keep doing your homework for you. Like I said, you like to take the lazy mans way out in order to maintain your illusions. That's fine, but it's the biggest reason your opinions are not often respected on this board. I will tell you that besides youtube that there are MANY more films of the many fighters in circulation. You should try *****'s thread in the video trading section or google boxing fights on film, check e-bay or many other outlets if you REALLY want to study these fighters.

          LMAO... green? James Toney would KO Nunn a few months after the Sosa fight.

          Oh and Toney won a split decision which with the difference being Sosa losing a point because of a low blow. I thought Toney won but there were round when he slowed down big time due to Sosa's physicality and pressure

            He was still a green contender when he fought Nunn. Nunn had no business losing that fight

            The scorecards
            referee: Tony Orlando | judge: John Poturaj 115-112 | judge: William Kostrub 117-109 | judge: John Riley 113-114
            Two of the judges have Toney clearly winning the fight. One by 3 points the other by 8 points

            Sosa never beat an opponent above B level. He lost eveytime he fought an elite fighter, he also dropped a decision to Thornton, who was a journeyman.

            Sosa=B level fighter

              Sosa is a solid B level fighter and when you are able to stop a B level fighter who is known for his chin and durability(went the distance and was competitive against Nunn and Toney the elite fighter you speak of) and has beaten very solid B+ fighters like Prince Charles Williams and Glen Johnson in the 2nd round its a very good win.

              For comparisons sake:

              Sosa is as good or better than Donny Lalonde(Leonard 6th best win) and Roy obviously beat Sosa a heck of a lot more convincingly than Leonard beat Lalonde.
