Shavers could have finished Lar but for going bat sheet wild instead of putting his punches together.

I rate Lewie over Holmes outside the top 10, but in terms of gross career insecurities falling way short of legends that preceded them, they're pretty much tied somewhere in that unholy top ten.

The truth is, Lewis was too good to be true, he could fight through any means, outside or inside, technical gamesmanship or brutal brawl, unlimited amount of attributes. He didn't truly have a weakness so the boxing propagandists had to make up a weakness and blow it out of proportion. Lewis and his legacy is a big threat to everybody's #1 ATG HW.

His chin was much better than he was given credit for. Had he stayed focussed his entire career he likely wouldn't have had a blemish on his record.
