Thats what you're looking for right?
Yes, when I did the list, Mesi was still boxing. I think I had Bradley down on my one list.

My list actually covers anyone that had 5 or more wins. The list has 1,300 boxers.

Good on ya Henry, keep up the good work!
      Thanks again!

I actually met him originally on another boxing site and engaged in one or two debates with him. I may not agree with him on everything but I have nothing but respect for the man and hope he becomes at least a semi-regular here

Yes, I enjoy debating at times BUT some people get out of hand and start getting mad. I love the trivia end of it better because we can all learn from that.

Again, thanks and I hope we can all learn from each other.

Not exactly.. I'd be more interested in some eye witness accounts and/or opinions on any of the fighters listed..
I used Bradley just as an example in the HW division, but i expect there's others, who also have a story to tell..
Thanks for posting in his record, but i'd rather know why he retired, as it seems pretty obvious, he wasn't a bum..

I was very curious about that myself. Health issues? Trouble with the law? Nothing else really makes sense.

Bradley quit because of an eye injury in 1999.

Thats to bad, it looks (on paper) like he had worked his way thru some solid journeymen and was ready to step up to the next level.

                Ricky Womack – (1984-2001) (defeated Holyfield 3 times in the amateur) 13 (6) - 0 (0) – 1

I'd heard of this guy, and was aware of his victories over Holyfield, and from what i can gather, could go down as one of the worst mis-spent opportunities of all time..
During the early 80's, he was a rising star and due to his amateur pedigree would have been considered a hot prospect.. However, i believe he was convicted of murder, and like Tony Ayala, made a return to boxing 15 years later, after serving his sentence..
He won a few comeback fights, but then for reasons only known to himself, he committed suicide..
I can only guess it was largely due to regret, but i'd still be interested to know more about him and what potential he had..

I was at a COMBATT affair in Newark several years ago and Holyfield talked about him. He was real funny, as he said he lost to him once, then lost to him again and then again, so he tried not to box him any more, BUT he had too. When they met the next time, he said, not again, I can't beat this guy, BUT he did. The way Holyfield told the story, he had everyone laughing.

Some sources have him beating Holyfield twice and others have him beating him 3 times.

Seems to me that had he not got himself imprisoned, he may well have been mixing it up with Lewis, Tyson, Moorer, Mercer, Bowe etc, aswell as Holyfield..
