I don't know why he was banned. Looking at his post history it appears all of his posts were promoting books. Maybe that was frowned upon? His last post was 2007. He mostly posts on another boxing forum.

Too bad it's AI and not a human decision. There is much boxing spam I wouldn't mind having made available. But I guess it needs to be a 'line in the sand' otherwise it would take manpower to properly decide/enforce/edit.

- - His given Lulu link is dead. Going to Lulu, he no longer appears as a print option, but I can find his very expensive books on my bookseller site, but unclear if they have every publication.

Why did they ban a respected author? Wouldn't we want to hear about his coming works? I get spamed to death anyway, everywhere, except from the one place I would like to hear from. Lol

From what I can tell, he was entering random threads and creating posts all over the place - just to plug his book. Not a single post was made to discuss boxing, just plugging his book. I would assume people were annoyed, especially in NSB
