What's the difference between college football and normal football league?
I don't know anything about how the NFL league works so yeah I'm just wondering what's the difference between college football and nfl. Thanks
I'm not American just so you know.
don't know if he meant normal football league to be NFL or if it was coincidence
college in America is university so they are the college teams, then most of the top players get drafted into the NFL (national football league) which is the professional league
College football games tend to be higher scoring and more offensive than NFL games. Besides, that, there are some rule differences. In college football the clock stops when you get a first down and you only need one foot inbounds to complete a pass. Also, the way they do overtime is different. In college football each team gets a chance to score stating at the 20 yard line. In the NFL it's more like sudden death, but they just changed the rules to make each team have a chance too.
In the United States what are essentially minor league Football and Basketball are tied to state-run educational institutions in an organization called the NCAA. It's lame and doesn't really make sense to people who didn't grow up around it. Players in these sports are considered amateurs even though they are all getting paid under the table from agents and school boosters.
Normal Football League is full of passion and courage and Collage league is played for defending others and for showing jealousy against opponent team.
