The cops were on jaywalking detail the victim(?) was doing exactly that. They had to either cite him or warn him and he wasn’t having either . A scuffle ensued, he clearly grabbed the cops gun and at that point it was pretty likely at least one person was going to die. He could have been Chinese, Mexican, White or Black it would have made no difference, except to the OP of course.

The man was crossing the street minding his business and the cops with all this crime had nothing more to do then bother a guy crossing the street and you are alright with it?

I could say the same thing for pretty much every traffic ticket I ever got. All those traffic tickets ended with me signing at the bottom, not once did we end up thrashing about on the pavement.
