commission work is great when you’re a hustler

And you feel proud of yourself with each successful deal. I didn’t ever get this pride with hourly or salary

IME: having a system that generates sales while you’re sleeping > commission based work > salary/hourly

I had a commission based job when I was in the poker world. The upside potential is obviously amazing. It's not for everyone, but if it's for you you'll love it & it's usually a good first step into doing your own thing & owning 100% of the profits.
