I just stepped on the scales......

215 lbs boyos, I almost weigh the same as Deontay Wilder and I'm 7" shorter.

    None of it is muscle.

I've got a good 30lbs to shift, I've done it before but I'm old now...

Yea I made a similar realization 3 weeks ago after the X-mas break. Started doing Keto with 500-1000 cal deficit a day and a tad bit of Cardio everyday and I'm already down by like 8 lbs from the 25 I want to lose. That keto feels like **** but it definitely works man! Make sure you get your trace minerals, sodium and vitamins though as it depletes your system of those.

I know I'm about to plateau like a mofo now but it's a part of it. I think I can still shed the rest in the next 6-8 weeks

I broke my ankle last year. I used to be really active, gym 5 days a week with 3 runs in the evening. As a result of the break I put on 50lbs over 6 months of inactivity.

I’ve shifted 60lbs in the last 5 months, whilst the gyms have been in and out of lockdown. My method was fairly bullet proof and easy to follow, happy to share more info if you need it

I was around the same weight last time I checked and was disgusted with myself. Couple inches taller but meh I'm not very stocky by any means.

Quit drinking and eating utter trash to start. Was on the stationary today and going to break out the ol' jump rope tomorrow I think.

Hard to get motivated when it's freezing and snowing but I really don't want to just settle in and let myself go. Getting closer to 40 than 30. Stay at home dad life lately, wearing sweatpants all the time with no one to impress. Time to get back in shape before spring so I can sell my body as a white trash day laborer.

Not far off myself... I kept up a decent exercise regime through our earlier lockdowns, but I let it slide over Christmas and finding it hard to get back in the routine, though at least I'm managing a decent bit of walking each day.

5'11 and I was at 178-9Lbs in early December... more like 195 now. Had to break out the 34" Jeans for the first time since I gave up smoking back in '17.

How old are you Earl? I'm 48 now and it's taking longer and longer to shift those extra Xmas Lbs... used to be I'd merely glance at a gym in January and the weight would drop off but these days it's more like March or April before I get back down.

It happens. I currently have an egg belly filled with meowing kittens.

Didn’t you once put up photos of your weight loss progression?

Nah, not really. I'm loosely trying to eat less and I cut out a chunk of my carbs (though my dear old Mum's become a sourdough bread factory during lockdown and that ish is hard to resist) but I ain't really keeping a close track. Never needed to before.

                Would you recommend that route?

I’m a fiend for sourdough too so I feel your pain! Though wish my old dear would be so kind

I work long hours and used travel a fair bit so I struggled big time with diet the last 4-5 years. What I found really worked was intermittent fasting - only eatting between 12pm-8pm daily.

It’s difficult at the start but I’m true believer that it takes 3 weeks to form a habit. Have you tried that before?

Lol I'm a natural cruiserweight but it's safe to say that this lockdown has made me move up to the HW

Not sweating tho. I got a mini gym at home and I've been lifting and doing BW excersises this whole time so I don't look that bad considering what my diet has been based on these past few months

Once we're back to normal i should get back to my normal weight as well
