Well he was killed by a black mercedes w chrome rims, the cop had a black mercedes w chrome rims in his garage when he was killed because he was being a thug pointing a gun at an off duty cop,(he worked for death row as a security on the side & was a crooked cop)(I think the cop killed him on Suges behalf & got away with it because he knew exactly where Tupac would be

The truth is we'll never know for sure til someone is caught(never) we can take some loudmouthed gangsters word for it but it doesn't make it true,I know plenty of ppl from several gangs in south LA(Black & mexicans)

I personally don't believe the shooter would brag about it to anyone else not directly involved & they wouldn't know exactly when & where Tupac was & when hed be vulnerable(if it was so open & shut as you say they'd have gotten them easily imo,lapd would pin it on Baby in a heartbeat as would LVPD which I know 1sthand would love to jail another thug for murder with minimal evidence because the jury would hang them no matter what.

(The guy that wrote the book accusing Baby, was a cop,cops have proven to stick up for each other above justice,& the Lapd death row employee to me had actual evidence against him & a way to know where Tupac was & how vulnerable)
