The US is not as densely populated as Europe though.

Before the virus hit Europe, according to folks like you, Europe had the best healthcare in the world, but it turns out that they have more cases, more deaths, more overload, and less equipment, and now its because they don't have the "resources".

In the USA, we have a fraction of those cases and deaths, but apparently Europe was hapless and are doing things right and we were super prepared and are doing everything wrong. The logic is wonderful.

What stopped the US from preventing this?
Location? Check. We got border north and south but have the pacific and Atlantic Ocean as barriers.
Resources? Check we got supplies, factories, and workers
Leadership? Ding ding ding.

This disease didn't enter Europe on horseback, it came into their continent just like it did into ours, and that is through air travel, and once its in you don't need countries on your left or right side to spread the disease, location meant absolutely nothing, what sort of backward logic is this?

When you think of Spain, France, Germany, and Uk do you automatically think technology and medical break through?

People just need to understand that this is not a time for political scalp taking. Pelosi is doing it...with her delays and it is dangerous.

Its not easy being in a position to deal with something like this, it is not as simple as following the science. First off, most people, here on this board still have no concept of exponential, logarithmic growth. Its hard to grasp and it is not science so much as math... Basically it means that saying 1 million people got the virus, versus 2 people got the virus means very little. What we need to know is the rate at which vectors, spread a disease, and when ths rate doubles.

Everybody knows that right? lol. Doubling means that when 2 people turns to 4, etc. So think about it... If it will take i million people 2 weeks to double, how is that compared to if a virus is increasing exponentionally and 4 people have it? Got it yet?

Youll pay me a penny every day, doubling the total for a month: and i will give you a million dollars in return, heck make it for two weeks and I will give you a million dollars in return... One penny two pennies 4 pennies, 16 pennies...On we go..better get that calculator ready!

Trump like any other politician was faced with someone explaining this "rate" to him and the need not to panic. Remember Bush when the towers were hit? Nobody can do a perfect job under these circumstances... Trump did try to limit exposure and to not create a panic. Could he have done better? probably.

What we do now is what really matters. And I will say this, and I say this as an anarchist, I do not vote, do not believe in the state... So to me I have no great loyalty to any state official. Though Trump has done a lot better than Hillary would have done, so I am actually pretty satisfied.... So what I will say is that Pelosi and Fienstein are garbage. Should be run out of town. Fienstein sold off stock that was her help...And pelosi cannot let Trump do his job and is trying to score points at the expense of people getting aid. She is garbage. Pure garbage.

I respect certain individuals in the game. I actually like OC because unlike the majority of the parasites in Washington, she worked for a living... and even her buddy was not above supporting Trump recently. Thats what good people do in times of crisis. Trump is trying. It is very stressful to have to make decisions where you can underestimate something of great danger, and/or create a panic.

Im not loyal to a side, I do think the sooner we get some package in operation it will help. The details of a longer solution can be hashed out later.

People are panicked because they have no income right now, get them some income, make some accomodations, like no foreclosures, evictions...

Its time to act now and not haggle...Has nothing to do with sides.
