I used to be very puzzled by all of these "Yeah, but white males are the biggest rapists/killers/etc out there" when it's simply untrue and they're dramatically underrepresented in nearly every crime category, as are eastern Asians.

You eventually realize even if their crime rate was literally zero public perception would not change because it's a psychological coping mechanism. I've called it "pretty white ***** syndrome" because I think the most pure example is how rough black girls tend to harass shy/attractive white girls in mixed public schools while perceiving themselves as victims because of the painful insecurity her mere existence causes to them. This never really changes in adulthood.

The public loves to see mathematically false depictions about whites being over-represented as school shooters or child ******ers or whatever because it causes emotional relief, not tension. To look at raw tabular data and see that your ethnic group leads in literally every type of violent/***ual crime would cause severe anxiety. This becomes even more clear when one realizes that violent crime correlates more strongly to ancestry than to income level. The only correlation even rivaling it is gender. There is really no escaping it.

So the news offers the public something tastier: Ignore or forcefully censor tens of thousands of crimes until you find a "man-bites-dog" story; aka a story where the typical perp/victim demographics are reversed & the public will react with enthusiastic embrace. Now, via magic, everyone is equal and we are all very balanced classes in an RPG video game.

Asking the world to simply acknowledge that this isn't true is unrealistic due to the social implications of widespread knowledge of the actual data. We justify the melting pot experiment entirely (and I mean entirely) via suppression of data & the man-bites-dog method of historical revisionism. When you look at the real data do you see a scenario of "enrichment" or of the experiment being a catastrophic failure?

That’s true in some cases, but then again, the crime was real and the actual perp is very often of the same ethnicity. It’s not like most blacks and latinos go to jail for crimes commited by whites. They go to jail for crimes commited by other blacks and latinos.

While it’s extremely unfortunate, your argument doesn’t change the numbers and facts.
