Yes we should get the whole story, not sure about this one, but in some cases, cops go way too far, which sometimes ends in death. If you want to stop anything, you have to do the same thing that stopped other crimes. Better education and stiffer sentences. What pretty much killed off the mafia was when, instead of just a few years, guys started facing 25 or 30 to life in prison. Then they started talking, got the bigger fish taken down and eventually, according to Inside The American Mob, a mob boss even testified.

How was police corruption dealt with in the past, when it became more rampant? That seemed to work, so do that.

That is Anthony Wall, in prom clothes, being lifted off the ground and choked by a Warsaw County police officer . He had just taken his little sister to prom. And yet again called the cops.

Anthony, of course was unarmed & non-violent.

He's clearly resisting arrest, I'm not sure strangling was the best option but some firm force was required.

If he did that in the U.K I reckon he'd of got similar if not pepper sprayed or koshed (baton smashed around his legs)
