There was another Russian female tennis player years ago, Anna Kournikova. She never won a grand slam or was any good to my knowledge, but she still was the highest earning female tennis player of that time. Why?

Used to wake up stuck to my sheets because of Anna Kournikova as a teen.

Black people are showing their institutional racism and oppressive ways by performing well in sports, it's a total micro aggression by blacks to continually do good in sports in the presence of other non-privileged groups.

Their racism knows no bounds as exemplified by their continuous dancing and "showboating" after "big plays".

Black people make more than whites in sports, it's absolute institutional racism.. they should tax the black athletes more and make them spread it around to the nonblack athletes.

if you are black, you have a 90% better chance of getting drafted than a non-privileged nonblack athlete.

Are we in sports now for looks or athleticism? Would things have been the same had the race reversed and the williams sister are the ones with less talent, but better looking albeit still being black? Would they get more endorsements? What is even hot----the white standard of beauty?

Put their name beside the black athlete you think they can equally match with talent.

No, we are not. But the endorsers are.

We can only speculate, but a duo of successful, talented and beautiful Americans sisters would certainly be bigger than what they are now. Much bigger.

Hot is hot. Regardless of race. If I passed by Sharapova on the street I would turn my head to check her out. If it was Williams sisters I would not. If I passed by Beyonce, I would definitely stop to check her out. If it was Amy Schumer I wouldn't even probably notice her.

You know a person is hot 2 seconds after you've seen them. It's not racist, it's instinctive.

LMAO she won US Open (her FIRST major title) less than 2 months ago. If she keeps winning like Sharapova did, she'll get her endorsements, give it a time.

So true, I can't ice skate, or play tennis at all. But white dudes excel at both sports. Had no ice rink to learn on, our tennis courts didn't have nets.

Boxing was cheap & fun. Basketball rims were usually bent, chain nets hanging by a link or two.. The good old days.

I've been cheated, handicapped by white privilege..
