Eli isn't elite overall, but he sure played elite on those 2 runs though.

Point is, by and large, you need a good to great QB to win. It's simple as that sometimes. Even Flacco, who does gag from time to time in big moments or throws costly INT's in big moments, I'd consider him just barely elite.
