Haha I know, I entertained that was entirely a possibility, but I was like "Why? What does she have to gain? And more importantly, what do I have to gain from talking to some chick who knows nothing at all about boxing on boxing site?"

I just figured guys would be white-knighting and embarrassing themselves like crazy, best to avoid the whole mess.

She probably knew a boxing site would be dominated by guys and that she would be one of the only women on it and as such would get a lot of attention, which by the looks of things happened. I only spoke to her once or twice in a thread, she seemed nice enough but I didn't get involved in all the bullshit!!
