De-regulating that sort of business will only lead to corruption.
I understand the regulation of Pharmaceuticals, but they have doctors afraid to prescribe medication because they could go to jail for it. I called the Drs office to schedule an appointment a few months back and the first thing the receptionist told me was that they do not prescribe pain medication. I was calling for something that had nothing to do with pain management yet that was the first thing they felt they needed to tell me. When people have to suffer because the government is afraid they're going to get high I have serious issues with that. A Drs first obligation needs to be helping his patients not worrying about going to jail because somebody felt like getting high. If 1 person doesnt receive the medication they need I feel thats much worse than a couple people wanting to get high.

They've made that far too easy for my liking also. We've got people suing doctors because they had family members die while taking over the prescribed dosage of medications. When people start placing too many restrictions on doctors and have them performing scared its only going to lead to poorer doctoring.

Failed suicide should be a crime punishable by either lethal injection or electric chair.

Seriously how could you punish someone who succesfully commited suicide?.

Those who assist are not really assisting suicide but performing a clinical murder.

Yes, it should be punishable by death.
