      It's the diet version

      The sopranos version would have steak and veal too

      I'll make that next

      It's my 1st try at Sunday gravy

      (Rewatching too much goodfellas and sopranos lately LOL)

        The steak & veal would be healthier version over mostly pork.

        ... and the 3 meat trifecta of beef, veal, & pork is the classic in Italian cooking.
