The COVID-19 vaccine makers are indemnified by the government, and all injury claims are adjudicated by an obscure tribunal, the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program. Payouts are limited to unreimbursed medical expenses and up to $50,000 a year in lost wages.

As of Sept. 1, the forum had received 7,084 claims alleging injuries or death from the COVID-19 vaccines. Three claims have been deemed eligible for compensation and 42 have been rejected.

The avg person in the US doesn't go to see a Dr unless its in the ER when something is already wrong so there are gonna be a tiny % of ppl who have a before & after look at whatever is wrong with them I'd imagine. C'mon guy, as someone that has sued pharma there's many ways to prove you were healthy before injury.

I'm not saying its impossible. I'm saying it'll be hard to prove. Generally its always hard to prove a product giant companies have given to you or sold you have harmed you. For an easy example look how much failure was involved in suing cigarette companies forever before they started having success.

Yes it's a royal pain in the ass but if you can show you were healthy before hand pharma is going to have a hell of a time. My guess is they settle to keep things quiet.

I'd bet against that. The up to $50k a year for your job part ain't that big of a deal, but the unreimbursed medical expenses part will get expensive fast if they settle to keep things quiet & lead to a ton of bs claims just to get some free money if they don't dispute sh^t.
