If you wouldn't tolerate an idiot in person, why tolerate one online? I have a few of the most irredeemable posters on ignore. The attrition posters who are "never wrong", the stalkers who follow from thread to thread just to troll, the posters who run a topic in circles repeating themselves while refusing to acknowledge your sources, etc. These are low-quality, garbage posters with agendas and haven't got any wins in real life, so they come here to give themselves a pat on the back and high five one another. I wouldn't give someone like that the time of day in person, why give them the time of day online? All they do is drag you into mudslinging contests and you both end up dirty.
