Humans have manipulated clouds for rain for a while now. This is nothing new. Check out weather control/manipulation patents, geoengineering patents and HAARP. Some of these patents are crazy.

I hate Dubai and the UAE in general. They've built this reputation of a politically neutral Arab country and a luxury destination, but nothing could be further from the truth.

They're behind every disaster in the Middle East from propping up Assad in Syria, to devastating Yemen and as for luxury, they are known to sell shoddy products. Don't ever buy anything "Made In UAE", it's an inferior version of the original, especially if it's a food product - 80% are expired and re-labelled. They are bedouins who got rich, but still bedouins at heart - hence their ****** Fight Island Dana White likes to hold his UFC events at, awfully construction with an attendance of NIL by genuine fight fans, I swear they bus load people in and bribe officials, diplomates and sheikhs to attend.

Emirates Airline is staffed and run by Indian professionals and other foreigners. Gulf Arabs can't run a sauna, let alone an airline. And I have nothing against Arabs, I'm Arab myself.

I can’t complain as my taxes went down from about 48% in Europe to 5% now. I’m only there 1 week out of the month, so it always feel like vacation time to me, then I hop my ass out of there to Europe and Africa destinations. Business Bay FTW.
