    Lost 18lbs last 6 weeks.

Lockdown did a huge number on me.

Some old hands might remember several years ago when I cut from 210lbs down to around 155 over about a 6 month period, I did pretty well at keeping the weight off, although I was on and off with my training I never went above around 180 for about 5 years after that. (the 155 was a bit too lean, I was in a bloody size 28 pants)

Anyway I knew I'd "put on a bit of weight" over lockdown, but when, after going up a pant size, the bigger size was no longer fitting me I bought some scales, stepped on and.... 216lbs

As I knew I had been 155 in the past, that meant I had an extra 61lbs of fat on me compared to then, which was just not acceptable, I was a proper fat **** with a massive gut and moobs.

So I've been back on my old routine from a few years ago, with the difference being I'm doing some bodybuilding training 5 times a week, and I've dropped to 198 in about 6 weeks which is more acceptable.

I still have a bit of a beer gut and some lovely love handles so I expect another 2 months of cutting will get me down to below 180 and I'll be able to fit my old pants.

Anyway, pointless thread but thee you go, screw *****, or trump, or someone.

Nice bro! I remember your weight loss photos from back in the day.

I’m currently somewhere between a walrus and a whale. I haven’t been able to move properly in about a year due to hip complications.

Went from a lean 80kg to about 105kg.

The mirror is my arch nemesis.

      Oh help me lord

This past year has been hell on the belly indeed. I started wondering why I kept getting sore stomach and not feeling great and realised had started letting it slip too, pants too tight lol. Keep it up.

18Lb in 6 weeks? That's actually very close to where I've been and on a similar sort of timescale... I posted about it here a coupla times earlier this year. Did alright through the first lockdown, kept up a good routine except for a few weeks near the start and kept around 180. Second lockdown including Xmas and New Year I just let it go, ballooned up to 200Lbs - heaviest I ever been in my life -and just didn'rt seem to have the motivation to do a damn thing about it.

Coupla months ago, probably late April just decided to get on it (probably cos the festival season's looming) and got down to 12st 12 coupla weeks ago. Still aiming to go down a bit but I kinda got lazy over the last coupla weeks and put back a coupla Lbs. About 13st now... 5'11ish FWIW. Fully trimmed I probably weigh about 175 - 179 so I ain't far off though it probably wouldn't hurt to put a little more muscle on.

I find it super hard to be motivated without access to a gym is my problem, I can't do those home workouts using a 20lb dumbell set lol. Mind you I have no excuse for the last few months

I'm 6 foot and want to get to about the same weight maybe a shade under (168-170) that so I can do a slow bulk of about 10-15lbs and put some quality mass on.
