Dude's a straight clown who got triggered because he tried to resort to his "I bet you money" schtick thinking that would scare me off of calling him out on his racial bullshlt, and now he owes me $500. What a surprise.

So do you accept that Chauvin used deadly force, as the force of use expert states, or does that not fly with you?

Again, so what you mean is that it's quite alright to keep your knee on the neck of a man who has no pulse. That doesn't show a depraved mind to you?
I’m saying putting him on the ground in that position was the alternative to a higher level of force. I’m not saying he should have used the taser once he was on the ground. I didn’t think it was that hard to follow.

I’m not saying any of it is “quite all right”, I’m just saying there’s reasonable doubt to all these things. The defence doesn’t need to prove Chauvin didn’t kill Floyd, they just have to argue it was unintentional, without malice or recklessness or negligence. I’m just saying this case isn’t cut and dry, I’m not sure why that’s so offensive.

I think the disconnect here is that I don't think he even said Chauvin COULD have used the taser on him when he was on the ground. I think he is simply saying he could have used the taser to get him into the car. I get that he took him to the ground instead. But I'm not sure why this is relevant. We still know what he did to him when he was on the ground, so why discuss what happened when they were trying to get him into the car?

So what I'm asking you is, since you look to the force of use expert on what could have happened while they were attempting to get him into the car, do you also accept his assessment that Chauvin used deadly force?

I never said I was offended. I understand how the law works. I'm asking for your opinion. You just seem to keep trying to explain how the defense can win, which is odd to me. I'm asking you if kneeling on the man's neck, in particular after he was found to have no pulse, qualifies as depraved according to your beliefs.

                He's offended.

Beyond a reasonable doubt sums up this case. Chauvins release is soon to come. But even if he was convicted, do you believe that the suburbs and country will go up in flames because of the angry white folk?

I'm very surprised at the varied opinions on this case. It's a given that Chauvin is going to jail and it's going to be a verdict more serious than manslaughter.

I was thinking the same way, and now I’m just going to wait for the jury’s verdict.

I think Chavin will get convicted of something...

People are driven by emotions, and this case has a lot of emotions attached to it already.

Rockin and others might be right...

I’ve mentioned previously in this thread that a white guy in Japan, stole a doughnut and the cops were called. He resisted, and he ended up dying from a baton chock hold. Nobody cared.
My friends and neighbors said it was the doughnut thief’s fault.

                      it ended there...
