So do you accept that Chauvin used deadly force, as the force of use expert states, or does that not fly with you?
Again, so what you mean is that it's quite alright to keep your knee on the neck of a man who has no pulse. That doesn't show a depraved mind to you?
I’m not saying any of it is “quite all right”, I’m just saying there’s reasonable doubt to all these things. The defence doesn’t need to prove Chauvin didn’t kill Floyd, they just have to argue it was unintentional, without malice or recklessness or negligence. I’m just saying this case isn’t cut and dry, I’m not sure why that’s so offensive.Rockin' likes this.

So what I'm asking you is, since you look to the force of use expert on what could have happened while they were attempting to get him into the car, do you also accept his assessment that Chauvin used deadly force?

Beyond a reasonable doubt sums up this case. Chauvins release is soon to come. But even if he was convicted, do you believe that the suburbs and country will go up in flames because of the angry white folk?

I think Chavin will get convicted of something...
People are driven by emotions, and this case has a lot of emotions attached to it already.
Rockin and others might be right...
I’ve mentioned previously in this thread that a white guy in Japan, stole a doughnut and the cops were called. He resisted, and he ended up dying from a baton chock hold. Nobody cared.
My friends and neighbors said it was the doughnut thief’s fault.
it ended there...
