You keep saying you're on the outside looking in and you have no dog in this fight. Yet you keep repeating the jury is going to be influenced by a "narrative" as if they have no cause to convict him. You've spent a lot of time repeating that so it appears you have taken a position on this case.

Either he's guilty or he's not. It's that simple. Which is it for you? You can't play both sides of the fence while claiming the jury is only going to convict because of a "narrative". It's either one or the other.
I’ve said several times, I think he’s guilty of the 2nd degree manslaughter charge. I believe there could be an influence from what’s happened since the incident, yes. There’s a public outcry for this guy to get as much time as possible, it doesn’t mean it’s appropriate. I mean, do you just wanna see this guy get convicted of the appropriate charge, even if it means less time? If they slapped him with life, you’d probably celebrate.

Can we say for sure it was because he Floyd was Black? We can't say for sure what was going on in Chauvin's head. But imagine him doing this to a white guy in a white neighborhood. Can anyone see that? Hell no.

The cops that work in these neighborhoods seem programmed to treat people a certain way. Might it be a seedy area? Maybe...? Might the cops there need to be tougher? Perhaps. Should they treat the people there any differently than they would threat while folks in the burbs? Absolutely not. If they can't do the job unbiasedly, they shouldn't be cops. We've been telling them about the type of police that parole our neighborhoods and they don't want to believe it because that would give credence to what *** does. Now that the callousness is recorded for the world to see, they feel a need to try to minimize it. Anything but admit that *** has a point. Sad, isn't it?

But to answer your question: They would be quick to lock your black ass up.

Honestly, reasoning with these racists is like ****ing your head against a brick wall. Either way, nothing changes, you lose and become dumber

I sure would and any decent human being would too. He's a murderer. But apparently you believe it's okay to murder someone and get the least amount of time possible. Thanks for making your stance on this clear so I don't have to go back and forth with your BS.

You're exactly right. If they had any backbone they would just come out say what's really going on instead of trying to pretend they're looking at it objectively. So transparent and cowardly.

No, I believe in due process, not punishing people cuz it “feels right”. Like I said, charges have to be proven beyond reasonable doubt, which is a very high standard. Prosecutors know this, which is why he’s not up on charges that carry a life sentence. If they manage to convict him of 3rd degree murder, then good, but the 2nd degree manslaughter is a slam dunk.

Even Chauvin tried to plead guilty to 3rd degree murder. William Barr rejected the plea deal.

Lol “pretend they’re looking at it objectively”. Isn’t that what people are supposed to try to do when it comes to these matters? I tell you who didn’t look at things objectively, people who carried out lynchings cuz that punishment “felt right” to them. Get out of your emotions of just leave it alone if you can’t bear to discuss things like a grown man.

This fcuking idiot King Kong has the audacity to use words like "lynchings" and "due process".... The balls on this piece of schit

Where was Floyd's due process when he was lynched?
