Protests still ongoing in Minneapolis with the reasoning being “this isn’t justice! We’re not happy!”
Still inciting violence
LMFAO told y’all stoopid fooks
people have a right to peacefully assemble. in this case, peaceful assembly is the reason why this event will be a catalyst and things will change, and why derek chauvin may very well die in prison in a few decades.

How long do you think he’ll get? I don’t really understand the American system
Did I hear correctly that he has been sentenced to Murder 2, 3 and Manslaughter?
I'm no law expert but I thought they usually choose one of the options.
these are different crimes with different motivations. second degree unintentional homicide can be interpreted as an intentional assault with substantial bodily harm with an unintended death. third degree homicide alleged that he caused floyd's death doing something wicked and evil and without considering that he might die. and second degree manslaughter, where you put someone in a dangerous and knowingly risky spot or situation [or knee to the neck] and they die.
so the first charge is simply that he assaulted floyd and floyd died. check
second charge is that he acted in a manner that was risky and wicked and potentially deadly, and it caused floyd's death.
third charge is basically that he neglected to assess the risk he created when he consciously and deliberately put a knee on floyd's neck and left it there for nine minutes.
you have to get into his mindset and go through the timeline of events. your mindset and the risk you're putting someone in changes over the course of the nine minutes you're spending smothering him to death.
there's also the obvious notion that if you can get one charge to stick you keep him in prison and more charges provide a tougher appeals process. chauvin kneeled on a dude's neck until he died and he's going to prison for most of the rest of his adult life if he gets out at all. and that's all you really need to know.

depends. he can do time consecutively or concurrently. i expect him to do a lot less than the maximum. max is 40 plus 25 plus 10. i think people in his state get an average for the murder charges of about 12 years and 7 for manslaughter. he's in his mid - late 40's. i expect him to be released when he's old and frail. let's say he does 25 years.
Name a story where a black was lynched for no reason or falsely imprisoned? Please go into as much detail as possible so there is no doubt about the innocence of the victim. Of course it has happened before, but the point is that the narrative that completely innocent men were brutalized for no reason, is not really backed up by much detail.
I said that when blacks came here, they were very brutish. Over time, whites helped to civilize them. That's just how it was. I never said they brought them here to civilize them. They brought them here to work as ******. And then over time yes they helped to civilize them. Just how it was man. And yes at times some white probably hurt innocent blacks, just as at times, some blacks in that time hurt innocent whites. Same thing happens today. We could argue about exact numbers and who is really hurting who but it isn't really my point.
Emmitt Till?
Europeans were brutish at that time also. You are trying to say that slavery was fine because whites later on civilize Blacks? You need to stop because you aren't even trolling and you consider yourself a reasonable person.

His argument doesn't hold water.****** were commonly forbidden to read and write, just to point out the obvious.
