With no cheating though, it's next to impossible to beat him. I can't believe you have not gotten the General Knoxx DLC, you are missing out on one of the best parts of BL1 and I think GK won DLC of the year when it came out. Or do you have it but just haven't fought Crawmerax?

Oh, I have all of the DLC : I bought the two disc GOTY edition with all of the DLC on disc 2. I just can't install it right now because my hard drive is somehow corrupted, and I need to buy another.

shao khan came to mind in mortal kombat trilogy although i was really young when i played it, i don't think i ever beat him...

FF bosses are always tough, but i don't have the patience for that game, i play it for a bit then get bored. my brother on the other hand gets obsessed with them and completes them in a couple of days, it's the only game he has ever got really into, other than rome total war

When I think of BL1 I picture the first missions in Fyrestone and the missions in the GK DLC. Not saying the other DLC's suck, but Borderlands could have been just fine with just that one DLC. Inm fact I wish to see something like a Borderlands "Prequel" game where they actually make a full blown game out of the General Knoxx DLC, which takes place before the original 4 characters appeared there.
