    GAMEPLAY OVERVIEW

    The epic rematch looms in the distance as Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 prepares to take the battle to all-new heights. With new iconic characters from the Marvel and Capcom universes, 48 characters on disc, a refined fighting system and new modes, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 continues the Capcom fighting game legacy when it releases this November for the low MSRP of $39.99.

    Glad I didn't get MvC3.

    Might get this tho, 40 bucks? Not bad.

      I still can't get over how much of a slap in the face this is from Capcom.

      Don't get me wrong, I'm glad that they're fixing the Level 3 X-factor issue of how absurdly powerful it is and I'm glad they're bringing in more characters, but what ticks me off is how quickly they're re-releasing it.

      The same thing happened with Street Fighter 4, but we had to wait for more than a year for Super Street Fighter 4 to be released, which wasn't so bad. Here, it's like, "Ah, ****! We're approaching the deadline! Quick, release the game and we'll patch any inconsistencies later on!"

      And I'll be honest, I was optimistic at first, but man...X-factor is insane.
      Consider your character done if launched at high level play (or heck, even low). I feel dirty just winning the match like that.

      Here, the game's being released a mere 8 months after its initial release. Given the game's been massively changed, it's not an update patch so you'll have flock to stores to buy the disc, which (surprise!) requires you to lay down an additional $40 to the series. That's just insane and it pisses me off considering having spent $60 on the release. I feel like a jackass.

      I have never felt so angry about a video game than when I found this out (Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3).

      If they would've waited for at least a year or two, I wouldn't be so angry. But given the proximity between release dates, I would've prefered them pushing back the release date altogether and releasing the game in December rather than have one release date in March and another in December.

                    looks good but it would be cool if they stacked it with a lot of characters more than 40. Thats only 20 per side thats weak.
