Speeding up pc performance in video games without buying new pc stuff?

AMD Athlon II X2 250 3ghz dual processor

Geforce 8800gts 320mb card

4 gigs of ram

Game looking to improve fps a little bit Batman, it runs fine but with a little slow-down at times that I think if I had a program to maybe to overclock my graphics card or cpu just a tad more that it could do the trick to make it run flawlessly.




I just updated my amd athlon 3500 to the Amd Athlon II 250 for this game, but I want to be able to play this game with physX..

I've used programs before to do it, I've overclocked it awhile back. Never broke it but it usually freezes my pc if I push it too much. That was on my old amd athlon 3500, I used to overclock it I didn't get much performance boost from overclocking it though.

Wow thats a first, when I did mess with my graphics card and try to overclock it it really act up the game intros were all fizzy. I'm done messing with my graphics card, I wish the developers of this game took the time to actually make the game better for the pc.

Not all of us always update are video cards every god damn month. Its like a bull**** scam where they purposely don't port games that great so you keep buying video cards... Bunch of bull**** if you ask me. Also without special effects I can run this game with highest graphics at 1900 x hd resolution but what the hell would be the point playing the pc version of this game without the special effects?

Shoulda got an AMD Phenom II X2 550 w the possibility of unlocking all 4 cores for 100$!


disable physx if it is enabled your card will try to do the physx calculations on its own which can be bad on older cards.

if that doesnt work then ..
Maybe this will free utility may help some never tried it though..
